Returns & Exchanges

Ann Demeulemeester offers a refined return process, allowing customers to request a return for any item within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags and security seals still attached.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or visit the 'Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring the Return Proforma Invoice is included and the package is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Contact our designated courier to arrange a complimentary collection at your convenience or drop off the parcel at an authorized service point using the provided pre-paid label.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once your return is received at our atelier, it will undergo a quality control check; approved returns will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
